Rick was a great host! He was very responsive and offered lots of great places to try out! The place is located in the woods and very private. The only thing I will mention is this house is not accessible for children, or people who struggle with stairs. There are stairs to get into the house that get slick with the weather and there is a circular open staircase that spans the entire length of the three story home. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. If you are good with that, it is a great place! We enjoyed our stay!
We loved our stay! The cabin was lovely, cozy, very clean, and stocked with the necessities. We cooked both nights with no problems. Beds were comfortable. Rico was proactive and responsive to our needs. Our favorite part was the location. It was private, tucked away in the woods. We took two walks- one through the trails in the back, the other on the roads to the lake- which made our dog very happy. The lake was beautiful, very peaceful. Only 20minutes to Littleton, NH (a great town with lots of shops and a great brewery (Schilling)) and St Johnsbury, VT. We highly recommend!
Rico’s cabin was phenomenal. Extremely well-appointed and in a stunning forest setting. The community amenities were just a short drive down the road and my kids loved playing tennis and pickleball. Great location for exploring Stowe, Conway, Lincoln, etc. We stayed for 6 days, but would love to return. Rico went above and beyond with recommendations and even checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable.

The home itself was spotless and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking - nestled in the woods, the property offered stunning views and access to hiking trails right on the property. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy some peace and quiet. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. Will definitely be back!
What a lovely home tucked into the woods—peaceful & secluded with loads to do nearby! It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. There really was nothing we needed that was not provided. The beds are comfy & the sheets top-notch, which seems to be a rarity and MUCH appreciated. The deck is the perfect spot to spend an afternoon reading or toasting the conclusion of a lovely day. Rico strives to be the consummate host and achieves! It is wonderful that he allows dogs so that our entire family can travel together.
My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. There is a lot of great hikes in the area, as well as great breweries and restaurants. The Airbnb was beautiful and cozy, and we would most definitely stay here again if we are in the area, and would recommend this place to anyone! Rico was an amazing host as well!
